Kurt Rossetti

Kurt has authored numerous articles on the construction industry for ENR (Engineering News-Record), 
The Journal of Cost Engineering, and The San Francisco Chronicle. Kurt regularly presents his findings in project meetings, settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial. He has lectured on construction cost and schedule issues to graduate and undergraduate students at Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley, as well as professional organizations across the country. He is a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.

PKR Consulting was founded in 2004 by Kurt Rossetti, a registered Professional Civil Engineer (Massachusetts) and Certified Cost Professional (AACE) with more than twenty years of engineering, construction, scheduling, project management and claims consulting experience. Kurt specializes in schedule and cost analysis of complex construction projects and has provided expert witness testimony on such matters. His clients include several top ten US contractors and California's largest public agencies. 

Kurt's education and experience provide PKR Consulting's clients with a broad range of construction expertise. After receiving his master's degree in civil and environmental engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Kurt worked as an engineer and construction manager for Parsons Corporation in Boston. Prior to forming PKR Consulting, he was a Principal in Tucker Alan Inc.'s construction consulting practice (acquired by Navigant Consulting, now d.b.a Ankura Consulting Group).
