Project Management Oversight
PKR Consulting is experienced in providing project management oversight and support services to owners and contractors. Before and during construction, we help develop and implement project cost and schedule controls. We perform schedule reviews to identify and track potential problems. Our mission is to help prevent impacts before they occur and avoid claims when problems arise.
Services as a Project Neutral or Dispute Review Board member are available to projects seeking an independent, jointly-retained construction expert. With the goal of preventing claims and avoiding litigation, PKR Consulting works with project participants to understand the dispute, reviews key project records to assess the facts, and recommends resolutions to keep the project moving.
